Description:

No more guarantee of independence on North and South America from the USA, for both the 1936 and 1939 scenario.

Mod is updated:
USA has lost the event where it gets a free Justification for war when ever a conflict breaks out in South/North America.
This causes them to research the Monroe Doctrine and the Re-inforcing of the Monroe Doctrine to still be active, and they can still influance nations into Democratic nations, and try to form a All American pact. they will just not go to war anymore over nations in the America’s
Take note of this, when you are playing as the USA. no more free-bee justifications, if you want to intervine in the America’s you need to do it yourself.

Updated the mod once more, just to make sure all the files made it fully trough the 1.3.1 update.

If you still have issue’s make sure that

1. The mod has been re-installed to the lastest version by checking the checksum in main menu(V1.3.1 cf6d) with only this mod running
2. If you still have issues
   1. un-subscribe from the file
   2. delete the folder: ‘707316391’ out of:
      C:Users*username*DocumentsParadox InteractiveHearts of Iron IVworkshopcontent394360
   3. Re-sub to the mod
3. Make sure you have no other mods running that change either the USA; History file, nor the USA focus tree. this mod uses both the History file AND the National Focus tree. any mod that changes things here will cause a conflict.
4. If you still have issues, please report them in the discusion, where more detail can be given.
