Description:
UPDATE, MAY 22 2026:

Major Updates:

  • Adapted Mojave Chapter’s OWB and Dead Money focuses to Vegas that is appropriate to Courier perspective (But I made text not directly referential to the Courier so it can still be fine for House or Benny playthroughs)
  • Christine Royce as general, Dean Domino cultural advisor and Dog based idea available from OWB and Dead Money focuses (Why? Christine can be on general role because of BoS training, Dean cultural advisor just fits, Dog/God only a national spirit because he’s an unstable docile grunt type of character, not fit for leader roles. May expand later to be able to choose merged Dog & God as general)
  • Added Dead Money Cloud based debuff decision which applies an org and attrition malus to an enemy state
  • Added and modified the OWB and Dead Money based ideas/buffs to better fit the lore and what areas the mod’s older versions hasn’t covered yet (like improving The Boomer’s Artillery using Saturnite tech)
  • Added Hologram support unit instead of old Mojave Chapter hologram idea (Cheaper defensive unit compared to regular fireteam support unit)

Other Fixes and Tweaks:

  • MAJOR FIX – Finally reduced the long game start issue, which was caused by outdated localizations folder location
  • Fixed Generals not spawning since HOI4 does not like creating duplicate generals or leaders if a similarly named one are still active on another nation
  • Also fixed to use correct general spawn effect if character is already recruited under New Vegas
  • Other small fixes and rebalancing

Mod Features:

  • Overhauled Vegas tree with paths that unlock tech/rewards for certain playstyles:
    1. Mr. House = Robot Supremacy (Robot tech unlocks & bonuses)
    2. Courier = Special Forces and Robot Frontliners (PA and SF tech unlocks & bonuses)
    3. Benny = Mobster Army w/ Robot Support (Vehicle/Infantry tech unlocks & bonuses)
  • Honest Hearts, Lonesome Road, OWB and Dead Money DLC based focuses
  • Added and changed some older focuses & events to be more closer to Fallout: New Vegas quests
  • Nevada factions focuses to help early to mid-game expansion (Be prepared against the Eigthies at this stage)
  • Late game focuses for NCR and Legion territories, bring about the synthesis of East and West
  • New GFX for Vegas units

What I Won’t Add:
– Non Lore Friendly stuff


Future Plans:

  • New regular infantry unit graphics for Vegas (Make them look like the Three Families gangsters)
  • Improve Sons of Kaga focus (Make Kaga a General)
  • Mother Pearl as Airforce Chief

Farther in the Future Plans:

  • Add NCR focus tree for Courier Six President
  • Political Points system depending on focus choices to help determine what kind of society the Courier builds and can cause rebellions
  • Mr. House spaceship end goals

I’m more of an RP’er so I’m not sure if the balance on ideas and focuses are "fair", need feedback regarding this.
