Many got into Hearts of Iron IV through watching Youtubers play the game. When they watched their future idols, they likely thought, "Wow! This game seems easy to grasp!" However, when they got the game, they were incredibly confused and likely didn’t know where to go, and gave up on the game, calling it a waste of money.
However, As Seen On TV is here to change that.
As Seen On TV is an overhaul mod for Hearts of Iron IV that aims to make the game much easier to grasp and make memories out of for new players, while still providing an optimized experience to experienced players.
Changes in As Seen On TV:
- New playable nations (and content for some of those nations)
- New releasables
- Many, MANY tweaked nations
- Map optimizations (irrelevant countries merged into bigger ones)
- Buffed civilian factories, military factories, and dockyards
- Focus tree changes
- New decisions
- New gamerules/debug events to provide a more unique experience, if you want it
- Quality-of-life and Cosmetic Changes
- New Radio Station
- …and more, in the future (if not mentioned already)!
