This is a submod for Millennium Dawn that aims to expand the experience

This is a continuation of my original mod Germany + for previous Millennium Dawn version. Now that MD devs have made a great update to German focus tree, my German expansion is no longer needed. I have therefore removed it and focused on decisions and other additional stuff
