Hello Everyone!

I hope you enjoy my third mod! The Purpose of this mod is to do a small rebalance of the Russian civil war.

WHAT INCLUDE THIS REBALANCE?

-Decrease the duration of many soviet civil war focus tree.
-Add world tension reduction to many focus tree
-increase the base chance of killing stalin from 50% to 70% using the right opposition
-remove many 20 paranoia increase in the focus tree and decisions
-add coup plan for the left opposition
