Linear XP Gain
Linearized the gain rate for traits no matter how many traits a general has acquired, which means the gain rate for all traits always keeps the same.
In vanilla, "For every trait a general has already acquired, the gain rate for all other traits gets reduced. Half speed with one finished trait, one-third speed with two traits, and so on" (quoted from Hoi4 wiki). This mod simply removes that reduction for better game experience.
Attention: AI’s gain rate for traits will also be changed for balance (but AI is not smart enough to train its generals anyway).
ps: It works for admirals as well.
pps: Not ironman compatible.
