Description:

This mod fixes the issue of the Random Country Placement 1.12 AI’s inability to make airfields by giving it a one-time decision to instantly create airfields in around half of its states.

This is a very simple mod, and should be compatible with everything.

Note: The mod has been "updated" to 1.12. Nothing has changed, heh. It should still work perfectly fine.
