Compatible KR version: 0.22.4

This is a small submod to fix some bugs and add more flavors for the players when playing Chinese factions, especially Kuomintang tags in KR.

Maybe not all of the changes will please everybody, and all of the graphic content is all in my graphic submod, in the other words, you may need to subscribe to that one as well…

◆ Fixed some bugs from the KR original.

◆ You can core Sinkiang, Mongol, and Tibetan regions via decisions as Han Chinese tags, but with unremovable state debuffs, just like the Japanese rule in Taiwan or Korea.

◆ Chinese tags could take the fleet and naval leaders from the enemy during the civil war under certain circumstances, just like the navy’s defection in the history of the OTL.

◆ Kuomintang generals could exile to another Kuomintang tag if they are crushed by the enemy. For example, if Li Zongren is defeated in the LCW, Zhu Peide and Wang Jingwei now both get a chance to invite the NGXC to join them.

◆ CHI could accept the conditional surrender through decisions from the other Kuomintang tags if they are willing to re-pledge allegiance to the Central Committee.

◆ Kuomintang unifiers could choose to provoke the Japanese Empire, German East Asia, Portugal, and Australasia to take back the concessions if certain conditions are met.

◆ New Army/Navy Commanders for the Chinese tags.

◆ Adjustments for some of the Chinese characters.

◆ Fixed cosmetic tags and party names.

◆ New decisions and flavorful events for the Chinese tags.

◆ Some minor changes I couldn’t recall (lol).
