Compliance Overhaul [Updated for BBA]
I always felt the compliance system takes way too long to grow so I figured I would rework the system a bit so it would grow faster.
Current Features:
-Base compliance gain increased to 0.250.
-Claim compliance growth increased to 25%.
-Increased max compliance decay to -0.270.
-Tweaked all occupation laws to fit the current compliance changes (Check the mods images at the top).
