NSB Border Conflicts V1.12.x (No Step Back/Barbarossa and above) compatible
(earlier versions of the game likely NOT compatible)

NSB_border_conflicts works for both AI and player.
EB, the author of Player Border Conflicts mod conveyed including the AI in the border conflict system "in general is really janky,"
however this is exactly what I wanted.

Run AI vs AI game and you will see! (Refer to above screeshots,)

Houseplant nations that grow battle divisions, i.e. those of South America and elsewhere that normally play little or no part in the unfolding world war, will now have their own little megalomaniac ambitions going on!

New in v 1.4 Adjusted world tension effects so AI Border Conflicts do not accelerate world tensions as much i.e should stay below 10% to-40% before 1940.

Adjusted prerequisites; player or AI cannot start an incident if opinion of that nation is about +10 or higher.

For a much more unrestrictive Border Conflict experience, "NSB MOAR Border Conflicts" has also been released which sets the opinion modifier much higher so Border Conflicts can be initiated aginst nations of which there is around 60 or less opinion of, which means MORE conflicts overall.
