Balanced Better Government
You know the Better Government Mod? You know how it added some interesting additions but some of yous (Like myself) was not a fan of the balancing of such political options? Well I have made a few tweaks and bring to you (What is hopefuly) a more Vanilla friendly version of this good mod.
