It is compatible with 1.13, but not with "Arms Against Tyranny".
It will take some time to fully support "Arms Against Tyranny".

If you play "Arms Against Tyranny", only "Industrial concern" will be added.

This mod is a mod that adds over 400 real military companies in
US,UK,France,USSR,China,Poland,Commonwealth of Nations and Axis countries.

　It adds "Industrial concern", "Materiel manufacturer", "Tank manufacturer", "Ship manufacturer" and "Aircraft manufacturer".

Most companies tied to a particular state

and cannot be used unless they have a certain number of military plants or shipyards in that state.

For example, Krupp cannot be used unless the Rhineland holds a certain number of military plants.
If you want to use Messerschmitt, you have to protect Augsburg(Oberbayern), but if you want to use Focke-Wulf, you have to protect Bremen(Hannover).

Some enterprises are not tied to the nation and are used by state owners. For example, some companies in Austria, Czechoslovakia.

To take advantage of the increased number of companies,

the number of slots for "Industrial concern","Materiel manufacturer","Political Advisor","High command"and "Theorist", has been increased to 6
