Description:

This mod adds a balance of power mechanic to the German Reich (After the Rhineland focus) for SS and Wehrmacht respectively. I removed and modified the existing SS recruitment mechanics. There is also an event for each end of the side if you take the balance to that.

Probably not compatible with anything that modifies Germany’s advisors, national focus and SS recruitment mechanics.
