Pride and Fall: The Last Days of Poland

Welcome, travelers to a fairy tale land where magic happens on a daily basis. This mysterious country is called Poland. And this is Pride and Fall.
But first things first. Pride comes before the Fall. And The Fall came really abruptly. Internal struggle mixed with German tanks brought an end to the Third Polish Republic and though the Bundeswehr did not reach Łódź, the city was struck by an almost apocalyptic event – a sudden atomic explosion. Although the disappearance of Bałuty in a nuclear firestorm was not of great economic importance, it led to total collapse of power structures in the Voivodeship. Once beautiful landscapes of Łódź turned into barbaric wastelands, ruled by not entirely normal warlords such as coal cultists, bloodthirsty scouts, ruthless capitalists, Yahweh fans, or supporters of the kingdom straight from The Witcher.
But one man – Szymon Hołownia – took power in Łódź and, using the power of Dialogue, reconciled the warring tribes. Does his Pax Hołownia have a chance to survive?

This is still a demo version. It is focusing on the region of Łódź with its six countries, and no country outside of it is supposed to be playable – though we did leave some crumbs of other in-development content scattered around here and there. It is also designed to only be played until the unification of the region, which is about 2-3 years – though after it you unlock the option to justify wargoals on other countries.

The mod supports English language only. But if you want, feel free to make your own translation as a submod – in fact, we are allowing (and encouraging) people to make any submods they want, and you don’t need to ask for the permission.
