将领等级上限
lncrease the general’s level limit to 20
"Because there are 20 levels, using the original geometric progression (100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, …) would require a terrifying 100 million experience points by level 20. Therefore, we have redesigned the system as follows:
Levels 1 through 10 follow a Fibonacci‑type sequence, where the experience required for each level is the sum of the previous two levels (starting with 100 and 200).
After level 10, the progression becomes arithmetic:
From level 10 to level 15, each level costs 4,000 experience.
From level 15 to level 20, each level costs 6,000 experience."

将领的四个技能上限也提高到20点。
其他调整：间谍等级上限提高到5
因为有20级，如果用原版的等比数列会要恐怖的1亿经验
所以改为1到10级为斐波那契型数列（1级经验+2级经验=3级经验）
10级后等差数列（10级到15级每级需4000，15级到20级每级需6000）
