Submod for Millennium Dawn: Modern Day

Modification of Better Decisions and adapted for MD.

New decisions that provide bonuses to your country usually at a cost of dollars (% of GDP) and consumer goods (tax cost).

(USA is used in the screenshots for understanding % of GDP. For now, calculation divides total GDP by either -3000 or -2000 and then multiplied by a smaller factor ranging from 0.5 – 3, depending upon the project/decision)
