1、添加24个新国策 （其中一个国策会触发一个新事件和中共联动））
2、添加6个新事件
3、添加3个新决议
4、孤注一掷国策效果添加一个30日的民族精神。
二、新的音乐电台“赤日电台”
1、添加32首歌曲
三、日本通用路线
1、日本民族精神调整（“虎虎虎”正面效果增强）
2、添加8个关于资源的国策
有4个民族精神、1个事件
（解锁资源勘测决议）合计钢铁42（3次），铝7（1次），石油16（2次），橡胶2（1次），钨9（1次），铬14（1次）每次勘探决议消耗25政治点数，3个民用工厂持续运作30日
