MD Separtists Rising

Separatists Rising is a mod about the various separatist movements around the world with their unique leaders and parties/movements, which are added to the releasables below.

All nations are not free from the start. You will have to release them yourselves.

I added a decision that will generate 5 basic divisions for each nation and equipment too.
