Description:

This mod changes a singular file so that the Soviet Union can release any nation, regardless of the "Autonomous Soviet Republics" focus. Paradox did an oopsie and originally intended for this focus to be usable for any path, but in their haste made it so that it was exclusive to a single path. This fixes that. Considering that this has still NOT been fixed, I have to assume a couple years later that this was intentional. Oh well…
