Assault Troops (Restored)

I have now added the motorized and mechanized assault troops. Stay tuned for GFX and special forces doctrine!
This is a reupload of the old "Assault Troops" mod that was made by the original owner before it vanished from the workshop.
This is not only a reupload but also a restoration, so the mod can fit the current state of the game. The Assault Troops unit gets bonuses in health, breakthrough, recon, and recovery
rate. As it gets bonuses for all terrains except for Mountains
