Millenium Dawn Alternate Divided Brothers
Have you ever wanted a mod that brings East Germany in Millenium Dawn?
No?
I don’t care, here you have it anyway.
This mod is my first on a larger scale (although it’s basically a submod and not a mod), so please show me mercy.
This mod is a one man project that I’ve been doing for about a little over half a year. If there are any problems, write them in the comments.
Basically, this mod just divides Germany back into West and East Germany. You can bring about a violent reunification with both Germanys.
The main focus was initially on East Germany, the West German National Focus tree also got a slight change, but will get more later.
The East German tree is not that big yet, but it will get bigger over time. You can also join the CSTO with East Germany or set up your own bloc. You can use the focus tree to "integrate" all Eastern European states that were members of the Warsaw Pact back into the Eastern bloc, including Ukraine.
But be warned, I meant to give Ukraine their exact arsenal of weapons that they had in 2000, but gave them a little extra to make it really hard.
There is also 2 new Vehicle types and 1 new unit, the so-called SP SAM and the ARV.
The SP SAM is also called Self Propelled Surface-To-Air Missile. It’s a unit that does more damage against air targets than the previous Armored AA, but is also significantly more expensive to manufacture. The original armored AA is now called a SPAAG, or Self Propelled Anti Air Gun in the name (as it actually is in real life).
The other Equipment is the so-called Armored Recovery Vehicles, or ARV for short. There are 4 ARV’s per tank battalion and an additional maintenance company can be attached to the division, which gives more equipment capture ratio, more recovery rate and more organization.

The last update included part of the complete rework of the tech tree of all countries.
I’m currently still working on the actual update for the focus tree of North and South Vietnam, but I want to do a complete tech tree rework at the same time.
I’ve worked on some vehicle designs again. China will also be reworked in the next patch.
After that, the aircraft designs are reworked by all nations,

In the last update I tried to separate the SPG’s from the MLRS, but it turned out to be more difficult than I thought (which has to do with the fact that I’m still pretty much a beginner in modding).
As soon as I have managed to separate the two from each other, I will update the mod again.
The focus tree for North and South Vietnam will follow at some point in the future.
