This mod may boost your speed by an absurd amount if you click on the red speed. However if you use a poor computer, it will minimally boost speed.
It doesnt remove any country and preserve the game as much as it can.
This mod achieves an increased game speed by a not-so-complex throttling rule implemented by the custom file in this mod.

Also, Integrated some more prominent and non invasive aspects of The Spot Optimization mod to creat a blend with interesting effects
