- Liberia, Aussa, Oman, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Afganistan, Tibet, Bhutan & Nepal were completely removed form the map
- All of Latin America without Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay & Mexico were annexed by a new nation – "Non-Aligned Countries". This way the number of resources stays the same. If you worry about military might of this state – no worries, it’s non-existent
- Resources from permanently removed states were transfered to the capital of Non-Aligned Countries
- Luxembourg was annexed by Belgium, Tannu Tuva by Soviet Union and Mengukuo by Manchukuo to decrease number of AIs even more
- Focus Trees of the USA, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Soviet Union, Turkey, Ethiopia, Manchukuo, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay & Uruguay were adjusted to the lack of certain nations
- Any tropes of Tibet were removed from shared part of the Chinese focus trees
- Mexican, Argentinian, Brazilian & Chilean focus tree still allows territorial expansion & gaining substancial amount of factories from Central America & Carribean
- German focus ‘Fate of Czechoslovakia’ now gives entire of Slovakia to Hungary if the first option was chosen
- Hungarian focus ‘Reaffirm Teritorial Claims’ gives Hungary cores for Carpatian Ruthenia & rest of Slovakia too!
- Dutch decision ‘Propose Benelux Unification’ works as intended without Luxembourg
- Italian decisions for creating Albanian & Montenegrian puppet removed
- Forming Persia & Macedonian Empire is still possible
- Andalusian coring decisions fixed
- Ottoman coring decisions fixed
- Forming Arabia removed from the game for obvious reasons
- Chilean mapuche liberation decisions fixed
- Japan is more likely to do ‘Aliance with Siam’ Focus
