How to go? "Third Rome" Path
First of all, make sure that you have turned on the Great War Redux mode next to our mod and start playing by selecting the Ottoman. It is a way that only works in 1910. Then go to the Absolute Monarchy tree, complete the "Empower The Sultan" focus there and choose any of the leaders written in red in the upcoming event.
