The Hot War
This Mod divides the world into 4 equally powerful nations, split in two factions. Each nation starts with the same manpower, factories, technology and unit designs. Nations start without armies so players can build up the army of their dreams. Some extra resources were added to the four big nations so each has a good amount of everything. Much oil and rubber is also available in the two neutral buffer states.
This mod is only intended for Multiplayer.
Version 2: Added new flags and more distinctable colors.
