With Elerionpm’s permission I decided to take his mod and make the necessary edits to update it.
Your allies have ran out of manpower while you have plenty? Well, with this you can just send them the men! Note: You can send MP as long as the nation that gets the manpower has below 100k men in reserves; the AI can’t take this diplomatic action.
