OWB Volunteers PLUS
This is a submod for Old World Blues.
This mod adds more functionality to volunteers by:
enabling sending air volunteers. (this function was broken in owb after by blood alone)
add 1 offmap civs for every country you send volunteers to. This is to make volunteers a bit more realistic in a post nuclear war setting.
add a national spirit that give -100% attrition when sending volunteers. (will be removed when your country go to war, so it is mainly limited to volunteers)
increased the minimum air volunteer wings by 1, so you can send your airforce as volunteers even if you have only 5 planes.
