Updated the mod because the last update was 4 years ago. So far I’ve released a version that works, but I also want to add financial advisors for Arstotzky and possibly new focuses.

Idk what to say,but so the mod is alive u know.It took me just a year to fix the extra Luxembourgs province.Also some man has posted Arstotzka mod,so i decided to repair my own.See ya next year.Believe it would be better.
P.S. Mod still has some troubles,but it works,so thats nice.Btw finally i have repaired english translation.
