Pushed an update to hopefully keep mod up to date, all I can do for now as I am still away from home mostly rn

This is a future fix for the icons having no options in the air designer as well as correcting preexisting templates for major countries. At the suggestion of Ming in the comments I looked into and found all the 3D models, I will attempt to model match as well when I return on the 15th

I have added the Russian Helo options as well as some EURO helo options, not a lot yet but its a start.

Also I have an idea to drop air wings to 25 mainly except for AWACS and transports at 10 and 50 respectively, this would facilitate the AI to use aircraft more often especially with nations that have less than 100 of a type as they will rarely deploy an under-strength airwing. Please let me know what you think, if so I will make that edit (This will be released as a separate mod when I get back)
