This mod adds an Occupaton Law that remvoes the worry of Resistance and quickly increases Compliance.
Factory count may decrease upon coring a state if the state has 100% Compliance.
If you conquered a state owned by the AI, it will take until the next day for the Resistance to decrease.
NOTE: The AI Can’t use this.
