Detailed Description
Custom Game Rule “Every country can send volunteers”
- Blocked (standard base game setting): Sending volunteers is based on ideology and world tension.
- Allowed: Every ideology is allowed to send volunteers at 0% world tension.
1. Player: can send volunteers whatever country playing
2. AI: the AI volunteers behavior is based on the difficulty setting “Foreign Policy > Volunteers”
3. Standard AI volunteers setting is “limited” (historical); if you want more or less AI countries sending volunteers you can change it to “free”, “same ideology” or “blocked”
Custom Game Rule “Army Volunteer Limit”
Choose between default (standard base game setting), +100%, +200% or +300% divisions
Custom Game Rule “Air Volunteer Limit”
Choose between default (standard base game setting), +100, +200 or +300 planes
