A Vanilla Timeline: Pax Britannica’s UI
Import the UI of Pax Britannica to your playthroughs with this submod!
All visual files that allow for ironman compatibility has been added to this mod. This includes the following:
- Topbar icons
- Empty National Focus picture
- New Game Start sound
- Default Infantry icon
- Generic Aircraft Icons
- Infantry Equipment Icons
- Conscription, Trade, and Economic Law icons
- Flag overlay
- Newspaper event popup (a bit glitchy)
- Agency UI
- Research slots
Now before you ask as to why the colors of Pax Britannica isn’t added, it’s because I wanted this to be Ironman Compatible. Sadly the devs have yet to make an FX folder, which would allow for the map colors to be IC.
Changing defines or notepad files negates the IC. So until then, enjoy Pax Britannica’s UI with other map mods such as FPS Map, HOI3 styled map, or ironically, the TNO map.
Finally, checking on mods with their own custom interfaces, this mod does have some priority over the loading screen, the new game gong, the logo in the main menu (might remove that in the future), classified popups, XP, and the topbar menu. Any mods that have custom icons for industry and PP are safe with their loading screens being retained as well.
Give the original developers some love.
