– War Goals or alliance invitations covering Europe,Asia,Africa,America and Oceania
– Updated standardized flags
– Further interactions with your puppets and allies
– A small mechanic to deal with army factionalism within Russia integrating officers from other Russia related tags
– Focus and decision obtained buffs for a potential war with the Internationale
– Internationale preparations for the war with Russia
