Outer Limits Spy Wars

Short Description
  • maximum recruitable operatives raised from 10 to 25
  • more intelligence agency upgrades (65 instead of 31)
  • additional operatives from intelligence agency upgrades (1 operative every 5 upgrades)
  • notification after completed operation, so your operatives do not idle (enabled by default, but can be disabled in “custom game rules” during game start)
  • ALWAYS get a notification if one of your operatives was killed (base game often miss to inform you about the dead)
  • 4 additional operative skill levels (Recruit / Agent / Secret Agent / Master Spy / Invisible Phantom / Immortal Legend)
  • Notification if one of your operatives level up to level 3 or higher. You get a tiny amount of random mana points as reward. It is a minor flavor event, similar to ace pilots. If you hide Minor Popups in the Events GUI you will not see the events, but you get the mana points.
  • Option to promote your operative to an political advisor when he reached level 5. The spy will be removed; the political advisor will be added. Maximum 3 agents can be promoted to a Mastermind Codebreaker, a Expert Code Cracker or a Spymaster.
  • War Support for operative activities and performed operations (maximum +/- 5%)
    1. Operative Recruited: +0.1% war support
    2. Operative Detected/Spotted: Owner -0.1% war support / Detector +0.1% war support
    3. Operative Captured: Owner -0.2% war support / Capturer +0.2% war support
    4. Operative Killed: Owner -0.3% war support / Killer +0.3% war support
    5. Operation completed: Owner +0.1% war support / Target -0.1% war support

Compatibility
  • Compatible with: 1.19.*
  • You need to start a new game to get this mod fully working.
  • NOT Ironman compatible!
  • As far as I know compatible with all other mods which do not modify intelligence agency or operatives.
  • Fully Supported Languages: English / German
  • Partially Supported Languages: French / Spanish / Portuguese / Polish / Russian / Japanese / Chinese / Korean (contact me if you want to add a language, it is not much to translate)
