Short Description

• Integrate occupied states or colony states into core states.
• For player and AI, every country and ideology.
• Peaceful integration if the state has no active resistance and the resistance target is zero.
• Hostile integration if the state is resisting. For a hostile integration you need a high compliance depending on the ideology and some guns depending on the resistance strength and the state population.
