[13.02.24]:
Took away the 10% stability bonus granted by civilian economy, in order to not make it seem superior to early mobilization and partial mobilization.
[17.02.24]:
Changed the weekly war support modifier of disarmed nation from -1% per week to -0.5% per week
Changed minimum training level modifier of all adults serve from -10% to -5%
Changed minimum training level modifier of scrapping the barrel serve from -20% to -10%
NOTE: you can still insta deploy units, if you unlock a land doctrine which decreases minimum training level
[18.02.24]:
Changed recruitable population factor of total mobilization from -5% back to -3%, as it would completely cancel out extensive conscription, and wouldn’t be worth it overall
