This mod adds a hidden idea which reduces the cost of medal to 0 for every country via on_action. Since its mechanism is simple as you can see, should fit with most of the mods on workshop include adding more medals to game unless it edit the elements of the character system. Will there need any more description? Enjoy yourself!
*The hidden_idea also includes the reduction of field officer promotion penalty to 0. Adding Accomplished Heritage in officer corps will make the value below it. Don’t know what will this cause to the game, but I am sure about the spirit will waste your 35 points of army experience.
*NOT IRONMAN COMPATITABLE.
*This mod technically work with new game file, and there are automatically triggered event adding hidden idea. If the mod looks not working for some reason or you want to use it in saved game, open the console window and input "event cheaper_medals_event.1". This event will add the idea manually.
*Launcher might tell you the mod is outdated someday. You can ignore their warning unless Paradox anounces modification of character system. Mod will work good until they mess the systems up.
