-Added Scientific Air tech to Repconn Focus so you can get the second vertibird and build Xian fighters
– Radar gives a monthly pop boost and 5 weekly manpower
———————– OPERATIONS ———————–
– After Yuma cave, you can spy on Shi to gain the Xian Fighter schematic
-At any point, you can spy on Yakura and cause an event to gain Akari as a general, annex Yakuza
(I would suggest releasing them as a puppet afterward so they can utilize the BOS puppet tree), and changes your flag

– Buffed the BOS puppet tree to give them more factories, manpower, and resources
– Made it so the Weather Station Event also gives Mojave Chapter Securitrons instead of heavy lifter bots
– Fixed it so Securitron divisions show up with their correct icon instead of HR or combat robot icon
