The purpose is make ai more resilient to the lack of ressources
=> 60% ressources to market (down from 80%)
=> +20% ressources/monthly population growth +40% base max slot (export focus +10%/20%)
=> Nuclear Reactor special project give +30% ressources/monthly population growth +60% base max slot (for let the ai free slot to build them)
Vanilla Gameplay addition :
=> ai difficulty boost doesn’t include reduced attrition and supply
=> trade node cost divided by 2
