A reminder to play through your tree to unlock tech through foci and new events!

The goal of this mod is to bring ERX more in line with OWB and to make it more realistic. This is going to be done through a series of updates. While not adding any foci, it will eventually add many events, overhaul spirits and division templates, and will add new mechanics you will have to deal with as the Enclave.

-Removes on start tech and shuffles tech around! Yes you can get it back, play through your focus tree!

1.0: Operation Broken Scissors – COMPLETE

Shuffle around all tech & Update Foci to have buffs and debuffs

2.0: Operation Leviathon – NOT STARTED

Add Navy Management mechanic, add an Army Juggle Mechanic(Bring the Army back down to pre-war levels or have it rule post-war), and Chiefs of Staff for every branch

3.0: Operation SPECIAL – TBD

Overhaul all spirits, add new spirits, and remove some spirits.

4.0: Operation ♥♥♥♥-Y – TBD

Overhaul every Focus and Event Effect. THIS WILL BE THE LARGEST UPDATE!

5.0: Operation Send Off

Final update which overhauls Division Templates to be better and more realistic. Also reshuffles tech a final time. This will be the final update.
