RX: Risen from the Ruins Compatibility Patch
A patch to resolve conflicts between 【 Red World: Risen from the Ruins 】 and 【 Red Worldux 】
Adjustments:
Added a nnational spirit for Germany at the start of the game to avoid a 0%-popularity DDR.
Reduced the cost time for several focuses.
Added a requirement that the target country must not be in any faction for the German and Canadian focuses to invite either China or Japan.
Red World: Risen from the Ruins is an excellent submod for Red World, which includes comprehensive content for Canada and DDR, as well as frameworks for other Democratic League countries, and even a framework for Haiti. This patch is required for it to run concurrently with Red Worldux.
