Description:

This mod is an adaptation of the classic modification mod Daliwan for Millennium Dawn.
This mod includes the main content of Daliwan, and there is no need to download Daliwan separately; it can be used on its own (but Millennium Dawn must be loaded).

– A new resolution option "Millennium Daliwan – Special Operations" has been added, adapting new content related to the Millennium Dawn mod.
– A new resolution option "Millennium Daliwan – China Expansion" has been added to adapt the content related to China in Millennium Dawn.
– Modification of the original Daliwan content expanded for the Millennium Dawn mod.
– Compatible with the Millennium submods "Red Dream" and "Great Revival."

– Adapted for special high-level characters in Daliwan, with new Daliwan legislation added (including the latest nuclear war legislation);
– Added construction for office parks, energy facilities, agricultural parks, and other buildings;
– Modified societal ideologies related to the Great Revival;
– Adjusted power balance (if you encounter a bug where the initial power balance system is lost during gameplay, you can choose to enable it in this mod);
– Modifications related to aerospace technology and missile technology;
– Removed the limit on the number of satellites in orbit;
– Research acceleration cards adapted for Millennium technology classifications;
– Rewritten Daliwan naval technology, with several new ships added;
– Rewritten Daliwan air force technology module, allowing aircraft to use adapted modules; also modified some values of the Daliwan multifunctional fighter;
– Rewritten Daliwan army technology, allowing tanks, self-propelled artillery/anti-aircraft guns, armored vehicles, and attack helicopters to use adapted modules;
– Modified the costs for national influence and corruption changes;
– Changed the voice lines of the Chinese military (most from TFR); if players prefer the original Millennium version, I will consider removing this;
– Changes to "Chinese Aggression Level" (intensity of US-China confrontation and global influence);
– Other changes that I can’t recall.

– Integrated all modification buffs related to Millennium into the dynamic modifier "Millennium Daliwan," allowing players to more intuitively view their modification buffs;
– Removed all unnecessary voice modifications, retaining only the original pure modification functions.

– Full technology unlock (this is quite troublesome, and it is recommended to use "~" to bring up the console and type "research all" to unlock all technologies);
– Unlocking of multi-line technologies;
– A brand new Daliwan manufacturer;
– EU resolution related content;
