MustaphaTR’s Every State Independent
This mod used to be a recolor submod for another Every State Independent mod, but following a period of that mod being privated (it is back now, but still) i’ve started working on making it a standalone mod, with similar content to the Equestria at War version of Every State Independent i’ve made before ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2354801212 ). So here’s my version of Every State Independent.
One difference between with EaW version of the mod and this one i would like to note is that the Continent Limitation logic is back to being a part of the starting setup GUI, while bookmarks keep the 1939 start option for some extra factories in some states.

– Added a new setup option called Focus Factories, which sets whether the factories from the focuses are added to the states, or added as Offmap Factories.
— Setting the option to Offmap sould fix how easily factories accumilate, removing the need to build your own ones.
– AI will now prioritise getting first Military and Civilian factory focuses if they started with none of them.
– Military/Civilian Research Complexes focuses now check for usable factories, instead of all ones.
— i.e. ones you can’t use from non-core states won’t count.
– Added Energy Supply Company as a possible Industrial Designer trait you can get.
– Added flags for some states in China and Philippines.
