New flags for nearly every single country. Yes, even Africa and Oceania!

This flag mod is to separate the flags from my other mod, Enhanced GFX for Vanilla so people can enjoy the flags without installing that mod. The flags try to be realistic in some regard, but I wanted to emphasize ideology, so even though the UK would not change its flag because its fascist, I changed it so its easy for readability.
