Iran’s Resources And States
Little changes and balancing of the amount of resources.
These changes were made to make the mode better for other countries as well as Iran. If you think the previous version was better, let me know in the comments.
Little changes:
Manpower and Factory numbers balanced.
Resource Change/Balance:
Iran’s resources were extremely OP. It has now been rebalanced to continue to benefit Iran with minimal impact on the major powers. For example, Trade of Axis with Iran was breaking the game against the Allies, China and the Soviet Union in favor of Axis.
Iran’s resources and states are edited. This mode increases Iran’s resources, factories and manpower. You need to import rubber and chromium. Also new urban regions added.

- Hormozgan
- Fars
- Khuzestan
- Kerman
- Razavi Khorasan
- Azerbaijan ( Tabriz )
- Gilan
- Kurdistan
New urban regions added:
- Isfahan
- Shiraz
- Bandar e’Abbas
- Ahvaz
- Mashhad
- Kerman
