[Updated for last EAW version]
October 12th Changes :
– Rebalanced conscription laws.
– Rebalanced County of Cyanolisia to be playable & stronger. + added 1 new national focus.

October 9th Changes :
– Added modifiers depending on the race you are playing (Ex : Camel gives +360 supply grace.)
– Removed some "Mutually exclusive" conditions for some national focus branches. (NTR, OLE, CHN, GRF, JER, EQC, WNG, BAT, VED, MIT, SIC, BAK, DMT, WIT, FRE, RCT, YAL, BRZ, STW, FEA, KAT, HLQ, NCH)
– Greneclyf : Added possibility to become modern nation & increase science base.
– Dread League : Balanced the nation to have more focus on infantry and declare the dark crusade sooner. They also get monthly manpower instead of recruitable population. Thus controlled state population decreases over time.

Global changes :

– Possibility to core provinces when at over 60% compliance
Global occupation laws rebalance :
– The Harmonist occupation policy "Autonomous" now requires more manpower and give more resistance but gives more compliance. Letting Harmonist nations core any land easier.
– Communist nation “liberated workers” is now better.
– Integration policy is now a bit quicker

– Subjects :
Normal :
– Puppet ->10% mil to overlord 20% civ to overlord
– Integrated Puppet ->25% mil to overlord 30% civ to overlord
Facist :
– Reichprotectorate ->25% mil to overlord
– Reichkomissariat ->50% mil to overlord 10% civ to overlord
– Extra building slot of almost all state type.
– Buffed Generic Focuses (Vanilla and Zebrican) to get more factories.
– All nations now have access to any ideological reformer advisor + "Prepare for civil war" decision
– New portraits
-Evi formation is now easier for all evian nations except Prywhen

– Map and state changes :
Rubber is now commonly produced in Zebrica while other continents got their rubber massively reduced.
Crystal meth is now only commonly found in Equus while other continents got their stock reduced.
As compensation for nations, many nations got their steel, chromium and tungsten increased.
Changelings now start with a bunch more resources notably steel, aluminum and rubber.

– Naval changes :
It is now easier to catch submarines and they will still try to attack when you’re defending convoys.

– Population :
New Mareland, Aquilea, Flowena, longsword, hellquill, kasa free state, austerland, barrad, ponaidhain, haukland got their pop increased.

Monthly pop growth is now +0.33% instead of 0.125% to assure late game ponypower.

TECH CHANGES (NEW)

– Late game techs (after 1014) are set to be earlier in time so players can research them in a MP game/or not wait 10 hours to get them. (Nuke time didn’t change)
– The effect of poor science base and illiteracy (and variant) got decreased (**aka a nation like Gryphus started with -48% tech research and now it’s -36%**)
