Description:

Step into a world on the brink of nuclear annihilation, where global superpowers clash over the last resources on Earth. "War Never Changes" is an ambitious Hearts of Iron IV total conversion mod that takes you to 2056, a time when the seeds of the Great War were sown. Witness the unraveling of society as nations spiral into chaos, economic collapse, and all-out war.

What to Expect upon completion (currently the mod is barebones!!! there is nothing yet!!):

Relive the Resource Wars: Command the United States, China, the European Commonwealth, or other nations as they fight for dwindling oil reserves and critical resources.

Shape the Fallout Universe: Experience the rise of iconic factions like Vault-Tec, Poseidon Energy, and the Enclave.

A World on the Edge: Manage plagues, food shortages, and civil unrest as global tensions reach a boiling point.

Unique Technologies: Develop advanced pre-war tech, from the earliest iterations of Power Armor to the first experimental energy weapons.
