• max 30 civilian factories per line instead of 15.
• max 50 building slots per state instead of 25.
• keep 100% extra shared building slots when state owner change instead of 50%.
• higher number of building slots in state categories:
  • Tiny Island: 1 instead of 0
  • Small Island: 2 instead of 1
  • Large Island: 4 instead of 3
  • Pastoral Region: 2 instead of 1
  • Rural Region: 4 instead of 2
  • Developed Rural Region: 6 instead of 4
  • Sparse Urban Region: 8 instead of 5
  • Urban Region: 10 instead of 6
  • Dense Urban Region: 12 instead of 8
  • Metropolis Region: 14 instead of 10
  • Megalopolis Region: 16 instead of 12

Production

• max 250 military factories per line instead of 150.
• max 250 ship factories per line instead of 5 / 10.
