Expanded Resources
1.18.2 COMPATIBLE VERSION NOW AVAILABLE!!!
Now in German Localisation by Gregory Eisenhorn!!
‘Expanded Resources’ is a mod that adds and modifies the resources of the base game, while keeping a vanilla essence
The idea is to give more importance to minor powers and colonial territories, while keeping production true to reality.
The source used for these estimates is: ‘Statistical Yearbook, 1948’. While the locations of the resources have been collated using different geographical atlases and mining websites.
The major powers still account for similar amounts of resources for the most part. The big beneficiaries are countries such as Spain, Canada, Brazil, Australia, the British Raj, among others.
I am aware that there are countries that have an overrepresentation of resources if we take my sources, but the mod also aims to favour an improved gameplay and more viability for other countries. I highly recommend playing games with the decolonisation rules enabled.
The mod also adds resource factories for steel and aluminium, as well as technologies to improve the production and construction of these factories.
