Add more USSR Generals, Admirals for more choices to assign to armies.

The mod is in progress. I apologize for inconvenient.

If I finish to add to generals and admirals, I will add Russian localisation.

P.S. I have a problem about thumbnail in steam workshop. I’m tired of this.
